Privacy policy

Account information. When you sign up we store your email address and, if you sign in with a social provider, your name and profile photo from that provider.

Business information. Details you give us about your company during setup and interviews: your website, offers, goals, tone of voice and the audience you serve. Noud uses this to create marketing content for you.

Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram or Facebook, we receive your Page and account names, handles, profile pictures and access tokens. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to publish the content you approved and to read its performance.

Usage and analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized information about how the website is used — pages visited, buttons clicked and approximate region — so we can improve the product. Google processes this data according to its own privacy terms.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our home page. Rejecting analytics never limits what you can do in MeetNoud.

We use your information to run the service: planning, creating and publishing social posts for your business, measuring their performance, and improving what Noud does next. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Content is published to your connected Instagram or Facebook account only after you approve it, or after you explicitly turn on live publishing for that account.

MeetNoud runs on Lovable Cloud (hosting, database and authentication) and uses Google Analytics for website measurement with your consent, and Meta’s APIs to publish to the accounts you connect. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@meetnoud.com. See our data deletion instructions for the exact steps. Disconnecting a social account in the app immediately stops our access to it.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your business information, content and stored access tokens within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app.
