Terms of service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of MeetNoud and the Noud marketing service, operated by Yorick Lingier (info@meetnoud.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Noud is an autonomous marketing assistant that plans, writes, designs and publishes social media posts for your business on Instagram and Facebook, and learns from their performance. Content is published to your connected accounts only after your approval, unless you explicitly enable live publishing for an account.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the business and the social accounts you connect, that the information you provide is accurate, and that publishing the content Noud creates for you does not violate any law or third-party rights. You review content before it goes live when approval mode is on.

Connected accounts

Connecting Instagram or Facebook grants Noud permission to publish approved content and read performance data on your behalf. You can disconnect an account or turn off live publishing at any time in the app, which immediately stops our access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights, and you may not attempt to access other customers’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep MeetNoud reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific marketing results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue.

Ending the service

You can stop using MeetNoud and request deletion of your data at any time (see our data deletion page). We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and announce material changes in the app.
